Small, lightweight rings in oxidized sterling silver hang from gold-plated* ear hooks.

* The ear hooks are made of so-called rolled gold (gold filled) and have a coating of 14K (585) gold over a core of brass. The gold layer is thicker and lasts longer than gold plating, but may wear off after long-term use.
